that have special needs, we offer additional programming services.
Our developers can create a custom version of PDshop that better
meets the needs of your online business. We can make changes to
existing functions, features, fields, or even add new ones!
If you are a PDshop (or PDshopPro) user, and are interested in having us make
changes to the application (no matter how big or small), you can
request a quote. |
| How to Request a Quote |
Email or Fax us a complete list of the changes you need. Site
specific examples
where necessary, and provide links to other web sites that may serve as
good examples. Provide as much detail as you can. Explain, in layman's
terms (your own words), how PDshop should work differently,
specifically state what features you want changed or added.
Due to the volume of requests we receive, we are only able to accept
requests for a quote by email or by fax. Please send your
request for a quote to one of the following:

Once received, a programmer will review your information and contact
you by email. Please allow 5-10 business days for the review
process. Once a quote has been prepared, our office will email
you a Web Development Proposal, detailing the programming changes to
be made, and the estimated cost. |

| Accepting a Quote |
| Once you receive your Web Development Proposal, and wish to pursue the
changes, simply sign and fax the proposal (agreement) back to
us. Once the signed proposal is received, your project will
immediately be scheduled. Unless otherwise noted, projects
usually take 1-3 weeks to be completed once scheduled. |
