THERE IS A PROBLEM!
Check your browser settings, "Cookies" may be disabled.

Your web browser is not configured to accept "cookies".  Chances are, you've intentionally disabled cookies on your computer because you've heard some rumors about how cookies are used.  Let's put those rumors to rest!  PageDown Technology uses cookies the way they were meant to be used, to add functionality to a website.
What is a Cookie?
A Cookie is a small text file that Microsoft web servers sends to your Internet browser.  Your browser saves this file temporarily to your hard disk.  This text file can only be read by the Web server that created it, despite the rumors you've heard!  it is a secure and safe way of storing temporary data.  Microsoft web servers use cookies to identify your connection, so you do not need to enter the same information repeatedly.  When you close your browser and leave our website, the temporary cookie is deleted.
How to Enable cookies:
Internet Explorer 6.x
On the top menu bar, click "Tools" then click "Internet Options".  Next, click on the "Privacy" tab.  Be sure either the Medium or Low security level is selected. The High security level will not work since it does not allow cookies.

If you have selected the "Advanced" security level, click on the Custom Level button and scroll down to where it says Cookies and make sure that "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" and both enabled.

Internet Explorer 5.x
On the top menu bar, click "Tools".  Next, click "Internet Options" and then click the "Security" tab.  Be sure either the Medium, Medium-low, or Low security level are selected. The High security level will not work since it does not allow any cookies.

If you have selected the "Custom" security level, click on the Custom Level button and scroll down to where it says Cookies.  Make sure that "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" and both enabled.

Internet Explorer 4.x
On the top menu bar, click View, then click "Internet Options". Next, click the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under "Security".  Next, select "Always accept cookies" and click OK.

Netscape 6.x
Use the Cookie Manager to set your cookie preferences, for more information we suggest visiting this link: http://home.netscape.com/browsers/6/safety.html

Netscape Navigator 4.x
On the top menu bar, click Edit then click "Preferences".  Now in the Preferences dialog box, on the left side labeled Category, Click on the Advanced item on the right side.  Under cookies, select "Accept all cookies" and then click OK.

If you need more information about "cookies", we recommend you visit Cookie Central, a website devoted to giving you upfront information about what cookies can and can't do.
